I'm really 'good at assuming the worst' myself.
Today a friend told me he would come by, grocery shop w/ me, then help me carry stuff up stairs. Well, he didn't even call. Of course I jump right to assuming he is just writing me off,.. but what if he is ill or in the hospital or something?
That might have contributed to my 'mini-SOS' this eve.
I should probably call the guy and see if he's okay, instead of assuming he dis'd me. Plus, then I'll have done the right thing.
