It's hard not to feel good when there's a grill and ice cream and cake! I spent the evening with my friend S. She is one of the few people IRL I have told about my depression, and she is okay with it. She didn't treat me like a freakazoid, even though I spoke of recent uncomfortable crises. I've been trying really hard to have fun. I'm kind of out of practice... Speaking of practice, your post earlier about not having enough empathy is interesting, given that you've been writing a lot of supportive responses this evening. I think we're both on a roll :o)
