French fries, cheese curds (whatever curds are) and GRAVY? I think I'll just stick with Canadian back bacon as my Canadian food, and leave the gravy for my biscuits. ;-)

That's like people from New Orleans (and more than a few around here) say 'Nollins'. At least that's my best guess at spelling the pronounciation. Dinah can correct me.
