Yeah, I was freaked out. I was so freaked out that I gave myself a stomachache and said incoherent things at a meeting right afterwards. I even brought my computer to the meeting and checked babble while my colleague was asking me about my research. (this probably increased my incoherence...) But it was a panicky feeling superimposed onto a very dark mood, and that's the worst. Panic, helplessness, and hopelessness, all wrapped into one. Goody. Well, at least now I have an icebreaker for my next session with T.
