???How do I deal???

i dont know wut to do. my husband has realy bad anxiety, I dont know how to help him, its getting worse. Hes putting a lot of stress onto me. Im starting to wonder how am i going to cope. with him. I wounder if his anxiety will ever get better were we can live a normal life, do normal things together.

i j ust need help on how to cope.
