oh rachel,
I just read about it online.I'm so terribly sorry. It's awful. There's hardly anything I could say at a time like this. All I've ever concluded after these sorts of tragedies in the past, is that we just aren't meant to know the "why" of it all.
I'm praying for you and all your friends' family and friends. Your community there must be devastated, but I hope somehow you and can find a little comfort and strength in each other's presence.
Of course it seems unthinkable now, but eventually you will get through this dark time. (((((rach))))
