I think you must have a good p-doc cuz you are doing well on your meds.
Mebbe you could put this simple idea on your mind...
Deneb off meds = Deneb blocked from babble
Deneb ON meds = Deneb happy, and NOT blocked from babble
So no meds = getting blocked
Thats just my opinion.
