The paperwork for the program was only one page yes,But they want copies of your income tax return. Problem is we made a bunch of money on property at the beach we had. And it shows up as income. Neither my husband or I have worked for him two years me for l0. But either forturnately or unfortunately the property at the beach is so expensive a lot I found for example while riding my bike. Bought a lot for $45,ooo and a year later got $95,000, Didn't even want to sell it a dentist from Chapel Hill called us. And then a condo we bought for $92,000 sold two years later for $l89,000. And we have one condo left. And you have to roll over an investment property in l80days. 45 days to identify the property the rest to close. Hence we live mortgage free in Charlotte . But we have no income how do they factor that. We are living off of saving at the time. Which of course will not last much longer. My husband is a custom boat painter of fancy graphics on Fountain Powerboats, Donzi's and Cigarettes. I could get a job but the hospitals here are so big they require school first even though the NC state Nursing Board says no you dont. But a hospital can set their own policy . Kindda like this board.I hold my current nursing license and maintain my malpractice insurance. But until I find a med to allow me to interact in person with people it is not possible. Oh if I do go to school two months on the internet two months on med-surg, two months on psch both full time. I have spent the last two months advocating for my health. Colonoscopy fine, herniated discs in my neck another two are fused, arthritis and I could never lift 300lb patients by my self like I used to my back couldn't take it all I want is parttime psych I was nationally certified in psych but lost it after five years as you have to work fulltime. So I am on a time limit to get to work. In 2008 it will be manditory to go back to school. Rambling but I don't think I will qualify. But am willing to use my savings. Either that or I figure it will be tent time in two years. Love Phillipa
