i really am sorry :-(
sometimes... get a little lost between then and now
and them and people here
and what happened before and what happens now

and people here copped the lot
and i'm sorry for the things i've said :-(
i think some of it comes from...
spread of affect
rather than informing of affect too
i'm sorry
i hurt a lot :-(
but that is no excuse
it is now :-(
and i'm really very sorry.
i don't think i've ever gone off like that before...
though maybe i have a little in the past...
but maybe not like that because usually...
people call me on it and say they won't have anything to do with me if i continue :-(
and so then i take it out on myself.
i haven't done that.
