yeh...i took it for allergies...but as a side effect it helped my anxiety...was a surprise to me, as i'd never heard of it doing that.:) if someone is desperate and can't get meds for anxiety, try benadryl. although it makes you feel groggy and can make some feel irritable. not my first choice..was also hard for me to stay awake and keep going..someone with your handle may not do so well on it.;)you take care,too.:-)
