I would eat one. I actually nearly ordered some off the internet once, but they were kind of pricy. But someday I think I'll do it!
I once ate a crispy deep-fried worm covered with cheese powder. By the time the processing was done, it was crispy and hollow like a pork rind, and therefore not really a worm anymore. It tasted like a cheese puff.
And as a kid, my sister and I used to eat ants "raw" (only sometimes.) They tasted spicy and kind of acidic.
If you get the grasshoppers, tell me how they are!
