I love, love, love yoga. And hotties. But I procrastinate about bringing either into my life. Kind of like self sabotage I guess. My goal though is to start doing my yoga tapes after I get my apartment clean, which I plan to do during my week off from work for X-mas. I want this to be my refuge, not my place to watch tv and eat.
And speaking of that something missing in your life, I'm finding that same thing to be somewhat of a 'motivator'. Look good, feel good, get the hotties! For God's sake, I'm going to be 36 in a couple of months! Its about time I had a sex life.
