I don't want to bother him more. He told me it was our last session and I don't want to bother him. I'm not doing horribly badly. I think it is normal to not be super cheerful all the time. I would bet that he would increase my Celexa back to 60mg again. Maybe that is what I should do. Seeing him wasn't really that useful. Taking meds is all just guesswork anyways. 90% of the time I'm not even sure meds are doing anything. I bet he thinks I need some psychotherapy and is glad that I'll be seeing pdoc1 again for that.
