You probably feel like you are the most unstable but I know I have felt that way at times too.
I am so sorry you are feeling so bad.
I think it's time for you to get a serious evaluation/possibly be hospitalized until they can get you stabilized. You might feel like a new person if you can just get away from all the stressors and focus on getting completely well.
I am praying for you!
