Just came back from a session with my energetic healer and saw this. Have you ever tried Thought Field Therapy (TFT) or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). They're simple things you can do yourself in a few minutes and involve tapping specific points on your body with 2 fingers. She did some on me today for a few things and it seemed to work and I've done EFT myself before and found it helpful. If you go to

Outter end of the eyebrow
Inner end of the eyebrow
Under the arm
