I'm glad I could bring back some good memories for you, too. One of my best friends (for thirty years, now) called me yesterday to let me know she was thinking about my dad. He was more of a dad to her than her own. I love that he was so special to her, too. Maybe because we are the same age, we both saw him in the same way, so it was really nice talking to her.
Still kinda hurts, though. :(
