I'm asking God in my prayers to give you more strength for the more burdens He's having you bear.
I know He will, even though I/you/we don't always feel it at first.
I also cry (literally) to Him to ask Why does Dinah have to bear so much? That one, He may not answer, I know that. Often we aren't given that.
But God loves you, Dinah. If I didn't know that, I wouldn't be able to go on.

I know this man was dear to you especially, as FIL's go, and with your Dad's passing just last year, another dog then this...OUCH!!!
Hope you can hug your son and hubbie and dogs close....
