I am sorry that you are going through this. I am on medicine because of anxiety as well. When you find the right medicine, things are fine.
People tell me that therapy works well for generalized anxiety disorder.
I hope everthing works out.
I was 22 when I had my first bout of anxiety. I lived in hell for 2 years until I got on medicine. I am now 34.
