I'm hoping the stress level will go down when my inlaws are placed in assisted living this week. They've been declining so steadily, and we're not equipped to care for them.

That would only leave the spartan living conditions and the loss of my therapist.

Which is better than all that plus the stress of not being able to do anything to help my inlaws.
