Here's a Southern born spriggy's recipe for sweet

Tea..
(and for the record, up here in the Pacific Northwest, they have no clue what "sweet tea" means. They drink it HOT here and add sugar later... scandelous! Pure communism! ROFL

Anyway, here's how you do it (at least in Alabama where I was raised on it- my mom literally put it in my bottle... yeah, now that explains a few things, doesn't it?) ROFL
I boil 5 lipton iced tea bags in a pan for about 15 minutes
Add 2 cups (YES TWO CUPS) of sugar to a pitcher
if you like lemon add a few drops of that too
Add the hot, boiling tea to the pitcher (into the sugar so it absorbs)
Then add the rest cold water

Mix together
Let is sit overnight in the fridge.
WAaa LLAAA Sweet iced tea.. Just like spriggy's southern momma makes it.
