Deneb I wish I was toned up but I'm not. Gained l0lbs last year. But I lifted wts again today before the doctors. And tomorrow I'll be bad. Have to get the blood drawn at l0:30 fasting. So breakfast will be afternoon. And I've heard that a lot of people have been tired today myself included. Wondering if it's the weather all these storms! Fondly, Phillipa
