What really concerns me is this bit:

I appreciate what you are trying to do...
But each of us has to be responsible for our own behaviour.
If Jyl was really sorry...
She had time to get an apology out there...
To put right what went wrong...And nothing you can say can do that for her.
I guess...
We will just have to wait and see whether there will be a repeat performance yet again (sigh)
