Last night i told my friend of 15 years that i have a *mental illness* and am on meds. for it and may be indefinately. She asked why i was ashamed to tell her sooner! and i didnt have an answer. I was ok admitting that i have an illness and it's NOT my fault! Big step for me, thanks to all of u!
