Oh, and I should add that my breakdown's haven't always been in private.
I had a pretty major meltdown at Disneyland of all places.
Not a good place to go if you have anxiety-- people everywhere (thousands of them), adults walking around in animal costumes, lots of stimulation;colors, sounds, sights,etc..
Thankfully, they have a "Toons town" there. When I saw that, oddly enough, I felt at home. ROFL
