I'm really starting to think that maybe Dr. Bob is discriminating against me because I don't have a "real" mental disorder like other people here.
Some people have the genetic makeup that predisposes them to things like depression and bipolar disorder. Those people cannot help it if they are disordered, it is not their fault.
This is not the case for me. I'm just a horrible person and not one will have sympathy for me even if I kill myself because it was all my fault. Even writing this shows what a terrible person I am. I can't help it, but I can and I don't.
