Yes I have bared my soul, yet feel no better for doing so. Embarassed yes. Humiliated of course, but no peace is gained from revealing sins that cannot be forgiven or pain that cannot be erased.
I hurt so badly and even though there are some days I make it without crying a single tear, there are so many others that I do.
My foolish ideals of a better life filled with joy, peace and love is constantly squashed by daily living. It's too late really. I'm 40. By the time I get the nerve up to do something about my unhappiness, I won't look or feel good enough to put forth the effort.
