WELL! I never! Hrmph!! GG, are you one of those cat-hating folks? Fortunately, I DO have a cat and I love him....so there! Nah-nah-na-nah-nah! *sticks out tongue* (j/k...... ;-))

> Okay, next thing I learend: when vacuuming the stairs, it's probably better to work up rather than start at the top and work down. That is if you are using the attachment hose from an upright vacuum. Seems it wanted to come downstairs faster than I wanted it to. So it fell on my head. Ouch!

Yowza! Glad you're okay. That one would have put me at the ER with a broken-something, I think! And it kinda sounds like something from a cheesy horror movie (the best kind)...or maybe that's only when the vacuum comes to life and start chasing you around, or perhaps stalking you through the house... {***imagine music from "JAWS" playing***}

> And when geting a six-pack of Diet Coke down from the top of the fridge (or fr*g...ha ha, who had that problem with the asterisk?),

ahem..that would be me. On Voce's sunburn thread. Don't I feel like an idiot now, as I see I could have just left the darn *d* in and no problem! Well, I like spellin' my abbreviations any fr*ggin' way I want! Fr*g, fridge, refrig.....

>Time to mop the kitchen floor! Wonder what kind of trouble I can get into there.

Lol. How about this? Do it barefoot, use too much water and stuff, then turn, slip and fall and re-injure a tendon in your ankle. Oh yeah, and while you're at it, bruise your tailbone and break a package of lightbulbs by shoving the mop into them as you're falling.

oh yes...an old but entirely true story.
Go ahead, laugh. It's okay. I won't know
My then 11 or 12-year old daughter did, well, at least giggled, before she came to help me!
Little brat! (but it was ridiculous of me....)

Be careful, the kitchen is a real jungle!
