Tucson isn't the hottest (lived there for almost 10 years). Phoenix is actually a couple degrees hotter on average. You want hot...head to Death Valley! But there were towns in AZ that did get over 120 degrees, just not Tucson. Tucson will often get to 110-115 degrees though.

I soooooo miss the hot weather! I love when it's 105-110 degrees outside with no humidity. Why oh why did I move to humidland???
