You have no idea how nice it is to know that you are thinking of me.
I have figured out two things that are important to my "recovery".
One, I am a co-dependent, so helping others on this board is not actually in my best interest right now because I use it to hide from solving my own problems...
Two, I am an obsessor. If I spend too much time at Babble, I start obsessing about what so and so wrote that sounds like it could be like me... making "me" always developing new things to "get over".
I really enjoyed being an active member of Babble, but I need to work on myself and not self-sabotague by doing those two things.
As you can see, I care about my fellow babblers, which is why I'm lurking.
Know that when you're hurting, I'm sending you warm thoughts and best wishes. Good cosmic energy will be coming your way when you need it.
