Now, why do you judge yourself more harshly than you do me?

Immediately following my question to you, still shown above, there was some more of what you originally posted:
"My cheerfulness and jesting is not intented (sic) to make anyone feel badly."

It's a good exercise, sometimes, to compare your self-talk to that you offer others. I think you are sometimes stricter (more biased?) with yourself than you are with me, for example.
