Glad you don't have stress right now, but I do know about operating in "crisis mode" for so long. When you can set it down, it's an odd odd feeling.

Physiologically, you may also have extra cortisol from chronic stress floating around, which can make you a bit hypervigilant.

Are you on break from school now? Doing anything fun?
