I had wondered...
Whether general medical notes were as illegible as mental health medical notes...I had wondered whether the bad handwriting may be to PREVENT the transfer of information. I was DETERMINED to decipher my mental health notes. But I don't think the average nurse could be bothered. I don't think the average client could be bothered.
I don't know.
Anyone else have any ideas????
