(((woolav)))

I am sorry you are hurting so bad on your birthday. I wish it was a happy one for you. Things have been tough for you lately (and that is putting it mildly), but try to hang in there. My birthday wish for you is that the year ahead will bring you strength and the happiness, laughter and love you deserve. I also hope that you and your pdoc can work together on a treatment plan that will help stabilize you so that you will be able to look forward to next year's birthday and all the good things, no matter how small, that life has to offer.

I think you had mentioned that your husband doesn't seem to understand just what bipolar means and what you are going through. I have always found the about.com website to be a good source of information. They have a lot of information on all kinds of things, including bipolar disorder. Perhaps you can ask your husband to read the information on the site so he can better understand what you are going through.

I am sorry that your birthday this year is not a happier one. Please don't lose faith, because we just never know what good things await us.

My thoughts are with you. All the best to you today and in the year ahead.

Tamara
