Yeah, vegetarian food confuses hospitals, the second last time I was in, I got eggs three times a day, eggs are not vegetarian, and well, I hate them anyway. Now I'm smart and ask for East Indian vegetarian food, and it IS soo good.
I don't know if every hospital has that available though.
