> Hi Kara,
> I think you're right. It's probably both factors. I feel as if I need to watch a bit of TV before going to bed in order to clear my mind of worries. Lately,I've taken to watching about 15 minutes of my favorite videos before going to bed. I've seen them so many times that I know most of the lines from memory, but I prefer them to the junk on TV. Do you have cable channels? I don't. I rarely watch prime time TV unless I'm sick. A few months ago, I watched a few minutes of one of those "reality shows." I couldn't believe how awful it was. I do believe that I watch more TV when I'm more depressed.I know. It's so frustrating when you want to watch some escapist tv and there's nothing of any interest on. The reality show success is so confusing to me as well. I just don't get the appeal. I don't have cable either so the choices are extremely limited. I'll probably have basic cable once I move so that should help a little. I've been thinking that the best thing to do would be to buy a DVD player and rent some DVDs or borrow them from the library. I have a list a mile long of movies I want to see so better to spend that time watching something good. Hopefully you won't get sick of your favorite videos if you continue to watch them.
