This might sound like a really stupid suggestion.. but maybe bathe them, and completely bleach ut the litter tray, wash the toys etc, and put dab of aftershave or perfume on the backs of their necks.. something to do with removing their different scents..
Not 100% it would work, but it worked my hamsters who were trying to murder each other *l*
