hang in there... i know what you're talking about. this last winter i got hit with the worst bout of depression/pms i've ever had. my psych diagnosed pmdd (i guess it's like the emotional side of pms, multiplied). i'm on lamictal and then i take prozac from the time i ovulate until about the third day of my period. it's been rough, and my boyfriend and i are taking a break until i even out a little. but i think it's working.
