She's complaining about how dull New Yorkers have become and how you can't find a good party anywhere anymore, and bop, next thing you know she's flying too. Only the next scene takes place at her funeral.
I asked my freind who has all the episodes of "Sex in the City" if she knew what episode you were refering to, she did. That woman who fell was on "Third Rock from the Sun", it was funny. I used to watch TV, see.
Now flying takes up all my time...
