How very interesting that you bring this up today.
I just got off the phone with the last of about 50 people that I talked to trying to get a claim straightened out. I guess I was feeling stubborn today. I even cried on two of them. Shameless! But in the end, I figured out what the problem was, and they say they'll fix it. Victory! Except they probably won't fix it and I'll have to go through the whole thing again when I get another bill next month. I think the only reason I stuck with it was because I *know* they do this on purpose thinking I'll give up. But darnit, they owed me that money! I pay enough for the coverage.
It was only over about $42 too.
