Absolutely, that was appalling, I'm still disturbed by it. I would think he'd try to be a mature calming influence not egg things on by making baseless accusations, these aren't two sports teams. I can't find words, I just can't.
And the way he said "One of our posters" that's certainly not discouraging division..
