that is an interesting observation. I've almost always had male pdocs (with horrendous results- boundary issues, etc.) and recently went to a female pdoc whom I couldn't stand. On the therp side I have a female who's wonderful and nurturing, but before that all the pdocs did therapy- kind of one stop shopping :-).
