i get them each a cheese burger like from a kids meal... they are a $1.00.. so it isn't bad..they know mommy is in charge.. TO A CERTAIN EXTENT!! hahahah they don't like french fries.. so i don't even try.they love the little walks i give them. when we travel. i love to walk too.. i walk a mile a day here.. it is supposed to be three but i haven't been up to it.. i have successfully changed from lexapro to my old favorit.. zoloft. and am starting to regain energy. with zoloft i always had plenty of energy.. i just couldn't sleep well at night unless i was exhausted. from painting the house or some other project. glad i am back to the old favorite.

Wow that are well taken care of....Me and my pup well I think he is kinda loopy cause I am as I suffer anxiety from PTSD and have SAD and my husband and I are NOT happy so there is MUCH stress here and fights.. I am sure his puppyhood was affected adversely. At least he is smart enought to prefer me hahahaha!!!
