Hi I am so glad to hear you are going to go with a friend to eat and avoid other triggering behaviours and all....I do not know if it is the med, or the stress, or maybe even the flu sometimes those factors can render us unable to do or even want to do much and for me if I am sick and do not know it my moods are affected. You made some wise choices today in not doing anything harmful and accepting help so that is cool...keep it up and I will be here a lot to talk with along with many others
