AdaGrace,

Oh my! It was not my intention to make you cry. I'm sorry. But, I guess crying can be therapeutic (perhaps it triggers feel good hormones by expelling the not so feel good hormones). Be strong AdaGrace. Hold tight to the belief that there will be brighter days in your future.

This is kind of corny, but I have this book that I was given years and years ago called "The Woman's Book of Courage". It is a book of stories and meditations, and I pick up every once in a while when things feel like they are starting to fall apart. Anyways, I thought I'd share a para from the book, and the related meditation:

We are one of a kind. Our indiviuality is a precious gift - a gift too sacred to be thrown away. It is our right, privilege, and responsibility to be ourselves today.

Today, I have the courage to be uniquely myself.

I give thanks for the gifts I, alone, have to share.

I accept the past, enjoy the present, and look forward to the future.

Take care.

Tamara

> Your message made me cry, it seems today is the day for that.....It's not a sad cry, well at least not all the way sad. I'm just lonely. Miss everything and everyone. Thank you for saying what you did.
