Unlike Clinton's transgressions, the deficit is no joking matter. It practically guarantees that people with mental illness and the indigent will not be provided with the same life-saving resources that were made available during previous administrations. Bush literally took food out of the mouths of the poor to feed the rich. This is not funny at all.- Scott
