that's funny you should mention the marathon as i just got hooked on 'gilmore' this year and i've been catching up on all the ones i missed with the marathon.
your weeds and birdbath sound like a sorry substitute for woods and a lake. perhaps you could invest in a cd with the sound of wind thru the pines?
the good thing about living in the midwest is the 'quality midwest grain fed beef' i always read on the packages at the grocery.
i missed the mad tv parody...hopefully i'll catch it next time as it is probably a hoot.
