When do you go see your p-doc with your list - which is very comprehensive, BTW. My experience with effexor has been that it took about 4 months for the side effects to abate to a level I could deal with. Also, adding Welbbutrin boosted my energy considerable and helped with the depression. Also, at higher doses the effexor works better for me.
