We actually had a pretty good discussion going at one point. People were afraid Dr. Bob would take it amiss, but he was way cool. :) I don't *think* we were too graphic in language choice - well within the civility guidelines.
But it's a natural enough topic - especially with a group of people on psych meds (with their near-inevitable side effects) and many with trauma backgrounds.
Oddly, I don't have much trouble with *talking* about it. I might euphemize a bit with my therapist. And hand gestures are always useful. But he's nice and clinical and we manage to get pretty explicit without it seeming at all sexual.
