one hand went ok, other not. i didn't talk about the SI like i know i need to but...did talk little more about last tues. session and mentioned one thought about why i think i need to die. at least i've decided it's a part of me, the little girl me i want to kill, mutilate. i told him i wanted to tell him this but didn't want to talk about it yet...so i did, you could tell he was desperately wanting to go more into it but i was very assured that i wouldn't. I did show him one of my sketchings, that was good, but he saw another one...i don't think he realized...well, it was of a girl tied to a chair with three demons surrounding her...what i didn't say was that is one of my "visuals" i keep seeing. i need to next week tell him that was a "for real" picture, a memory.boy, i'm realizing i really need to think about things...
it's so hard. "i just can't keep doing this" is all that i hear in my head.thanks SO MUCH for the support ZenH.
