For anyone who has ever had mental health issues, it is a wonderful, cathartic album that makes you feel SO much less alone in this world. Yes....anger and sadness all bottled up. The haunting synths...the crunching guitars....the passionate vocals. This line(s) above is/are perfect

Hi CG...*yes*..this disc goes places many others don't. You are *so* right...it does "sound how I feel". It is so 'dynamic'....it has so many layers to it. It pulls up and stirs so many feelings in me. I am very happy (for lack of a better term..heh..) that this disc touches someone else in the same way....as I imagined it did, but it's nice to see it "for real". "Numb" is the first track that I heard that just knocked me on my butt..this was when it came out about a year ago or so. I had burn't a copy of the cd from the internet, but lost it soon...and for some reason, it has stuck in the back of my mind for such a long time. I wanted to have the actual cd instead of some cheap download...and I saw the video for "Breaking the Habit" in my hotel room, and said "AHHHH..gotta get it..NOW!!"

Anyhow...any other fav's off the disc...any other bands or artists you are into? I listen to mostly modern alt/rock music, but like some older rock bands too.

Take care...
Jay
